Nai Zindagi Trust is a project to help people recover from drug and substance abuse. The trust was first established in 1989 with the aim to prevent the transmission of HIV.

Nai Zindagi Trust Peshawar aims to provide socio-economic opportunities for people who have had a tough time recovering from drug abuse. The trust has been funded from time to time by multiple UN agencies, and British and European Commissions.

Apart from their rehabilitation cause, Nai Zindagi Trust has initiated a project that cultivates opportunities for homeless young people who are recovering from substance abuse. From 2000 to 2004 Nai Zindagi Trust extended its services to 5 major cities in 4 provinces of Pakistan.
